The Examination of the Impact of Iranian EFL Learners' Favorite Colored-Paper on Their Reading Comprehension Test Scores

EFL students are required to learn different components of English skills. Color as an important stimulus deals with learners' visual perceptions. The impact of various colors intervenes with learners' performance during reading assessment. This study examined the benefit of Iranian English learners' favorite colors for reading comprehension assessments presented to sixty graders for the aim of improving test performance. The participants received reading tests on either their favorite colored-paper or white paper for one hour. The marks were compared on each condition and the results illustrated there was notable color effect for obtained scores
