Abstract:
Quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) is a nanoelectronic system at the nano (۱.¨³) meter that is composed of nanoscale components. There has been substantial research on QCA arithmetic circuits as a novel computational model in the nanoscale designs. Nanoelectronic is a study that calls for collaborative efforts between computer scientists, engineers, physicists, chemists and other specialists to act toward these common objectives. One of the most challenging problems has been its dependable since a nanodevice. First, this paper suggests a new approach to evaluate dependability modeling for QCA circuits based on the Markov chain by mathematical equations and SHARP tool that is capable to estimate the requirements of fault-tolerant systems incorporating redundancy aspects.
