Abstract:
All people have the right and are eager to be aware of their daily practice.And he should know.On the other hand employees who are aware of their expectations about how organizations canbe expected to take appropriate action to eliminate and remedy the shortcomings?In this connection should be noted that in most cases the employee organization, or at least their direct manager in charge and responsible for the loss or lack of self-rated performance. This paperexamines a new approach to evaluate the performance limitations of traditional methods have been overcome, which each have specific characteristics. This approach provides a general framework and managers to assist in the selection of evaluation criteria
