Abstract:
According to previous research on the impact of effective leaders on teams, team performance, and organizational culture, transformational leaders encourage followers to align with the goals and interests of the organization to achieve performance that exceeds expectations. Since such leaders have high-level communication skills, they can communicate effectively with all members, which is a very useful and practical feature for clearly defining the goals of the organization or work team, as well as for clarifying the scope of authority and duties of each individual in the team. Also, according to social learning theory, team members try to learn the behavior of subordinate leaders, model them in the organization, and ultimately develop behavior similar to their leaders, which has a direct and constructive relationship with organizational culture and the formation of shared behavior and culture in organizations. The present article is a review article, and to collect materials, more than ۲۰ articles in the fields of team building, leadership, and organizational culture were studied and examined.
