استانداردهای حسابداری،آمارهای مالی دولتی و استاندارد حسابداری 1049:دیدگاههای ذی نفعان بخش عمومی کشور استرالیا abstract

تلاش هیأت های تدوین استاندارد در کشور استرالیا، برای هماهنگ کردن نحوه ی تهیه گزارش های مالی در بخش عمومی، باعث تصویب استاندارد حسابداری شماره 1049 شد. هدف استاندارد مزبور ، پیوند صورت های مالی مبتنی بر استانداردهای حسابداری و صورت های مالی مبتنی بر آمارهای دولتی می باشد. با این حال، تا کنون این موضوع که آیا استاندارد حسابداری شماره 1049 باعث فراهم نمودن اطلاعات مناسب برای بخش عمومی می شود یا خیر، مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است . لذا تحقیق حاضر ، این موضوع را با مقایسه الزامات استاندارد حسابداری 1049 ، با پاسخ های برگرفته از نظر سنجی ذی نفعان بخش عمومی در مورد رویه های حسابداری مناسب و نحوه ارایه اقلام مالی منتخب بررسی می کند. نتایج تحقیق نشان دهنده آن است که ذی نفعان، نسبت به ارایه اقلام مالی ، توافق و رضایت عمومی دارند. با این وجود، نتایج حاکی از آن است که ذی نفعان ، نسبت به رویه های حسابداری ، توافق و رضایت عمومی کمتری دارند.
