Trompenaars,a dutchlfrench management professor and Adler, a canadian professor of international psychology, who both are "western scholars" actually have warned non-western managers that they should not blindly adopt and apply all management concepts and techniques offered by western experts and authors.Trompenaars (1996) writes that there is no such as "the best way of managing" which can be applied anywhere in this world. Adler (1993) writes; "when Abraham Maslow wrote his theory about motivation at works, the people he had in his mind are Americans (united states). It is the same cace when henry Faylo wrote "the principles of Management". The people he had in mind were french. the americans and the french each have their own cultural values, which are different from those of indonesians or iranian or indians, or any other nation.
