Abstract:
With the advent of the industrial revolution , the arrival of the era of technology, population growth and development of urbanization in Talesh , Local markets in Talesh that were considered as a dynamic economic center where was a place for meetings, negotiations , conflict, reconciliation and peace treaties and have a key role in social, cultural, political, and religious life. Replaced with single building called passages and commercial complexes. But what in Modeling of the new buildings that have been created to meet the needs of consumers and the economy in these commercial centers has been less attention are available social spaces in the market. Few resort of people to these centers in order to cater the needs of their families and their own, indicates an inability of purchasing units to meet the todays audience's needs. Today, because of the loss of leisure time, people spend more than 90% of their time at work, Commercial centers as the main public space are used to meet everyday needs and as a recreational space. Thus in designing commercial centers in Talesh attention to the rich features of local markets such as simplicity and coordination with the local culture of the region is very necessary. Accordingly, given that the aim of this paper is to review the principles applied in the local market in Talesh to access appropriate solutions for the design of commercial centers in this area ; then we have tried to explain the characteristics of local markets and commercial centers of the region in Talesh to provide solutions including the creation of social spaces, such as the amphitheater, places for relaxing and conversation that led to the creation of a favorable environment for business and responsive to clients.
