Segmentation of lines in Handwritten Texts based on Fuzzy Intervals abstract

Segmentation of lines between handwritten texts as one step in detecting texts has slant. In this paper a new method based on fuzzy logic is proposed in order to approximate andconnect inter textual lines. This proposed method has been tested on data banks in Persian and English languages
