A Robust Group Data Envelopment Analysis for Enterprise Architecture Analysis abstract
Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a complicated and complex area for Information Technology (IT) planning; specially, it is a costly and time consuming domain. It is necessary to analyze the EA scenarios in order to choose the most suitable for preventing the IT investment failure in enterprises. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a good solution for comparing the scenario, but it is not robust against the expert opinion variation and ambiguity. In this paper, we proposed a new robust group DEA method to analyze the EA scenarios based on COBIT framework (the most famous IT governance framework used for IT project assessment frequently). According to the proposed method, alignment of business strategies and IT strategies is possible.
