Synthesizing and Modification of Magnetic Nano-Particles and Determination of drug in Biological Samples abstract

In this research a method is proposed to synthesize magnetic nano-particles and their surfaces modification. In this method, FeR3ROR4R nano-particles were prepared by co-precipitation technique. Then nano-particles were modified by 3-mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilane in dioxane. The modified nano-particles were grafted with synthesis beta cyclodextrin-allyl amin and N-iso propyl Acryl Amid. Then the effect of parameters such as adsorption time, temperature, pH at optimum conditions were investigated. The synthesized polymer was successfully applied for pre-concentration and subsequent determination in biological samples. The kinetic of drug releasing by sorbed modified nano-particles was also investigated.
