Application of biodegradable polymers for Nano capsulation of oil soluble drug abstract
Polymeric nanoparticles have been extensively studied as particulate carriers in the pharmaceutical and medical field. In this investigation, the lipid-core nanocapsules were prepared by interfacial deposition of preformed polymer. PCL, sunflower seed oil, sorbitan monooleat, and cortisone were dissolved at ambient temperature in suitable solvent. The advantages of these polyesters are their biocompatibility and higher hydrolyze ability into human body. The morphology of the prepared nanoparticles was examined with a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Particle size distribution of the product by dynamic light scattering (DLS) using zetasizer nano instrument. Nanoparticle characterization was performed by UV and FT-IR spectroscopy, according to the HPLC technique, drug loading content and entrapment efficiency values are quite satisfactory.
