One of the major worries in research organizations is , to converse the research projects to produce, since the prophecy , nature and mission of these organization is , to converse a idea to research concept and to carry out research cycle from Needs assessment to develop a research sample and they have no substructure for industrialization and produce , so the managers of these organizations always face with this worries that why the research concepts will not be produced and what the obstacles are. This has resulted in problems. In the literature of this research, first, is tried to study the principles and bases of technology , the principles and concepts of technology transmission, familiarity with the industrial products method in industrialized countries (us and Russia) , familiarity with the technology transmission models , current problems on technology transmission of research projects to industry , explaining the technology transfer obligations in arms research organizations including type of sample definition in industrial research and executive phases of a research project. Then, according to the recognized problems and carried out theoretical studies, with study(survey) of the kinds of technology transfer patterns in industrialized countries and Iran , and the successful survey research , A model consistent with national research organizations offer, And it is Validation the suggested model by using viewpoints obtained from experts in forty – people statistical society in manner of questionnaire and analyzing the obtained(resulted) data from statistical society in two methods I test and mean test, it is final the preliminary pattern through adding two new processes
