Abstract:

کارآفرینی در سازمان یکی از اصلی ترین ابعاد کارآفرینی است که مسلما نقش برجسته ای در توفیق وتعالی سازمان ها دارد. هدف از این تحقیق، تحلیل تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر گرایش کارآفرینی است.این پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس روی 023 نفر کارکنان مراکز آموزشیو درمانی گرگان انجام گرفت. جهت سنجش اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامه شامل پرسشنامه فناوری اطلاعات وپرسشنامه کارآفرینی استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل با استفاده از آزمون فرضیات مدل یابی معادلات ساختاریتوسط نرم افزار PLS-SMART و با استفاده از آماره آزمون t و ضرایب مسیر ) β (، مورد بررسی قرارگرفت.03.0 درصد نمونه ها مرد و 0.93 نفرزن بودند. بررسی ها نشان داد فناوری اطلاعات بر گرایش کارآفرینی. تاثیر معنی دار و قوی دارد)/ 10
