Structural and Electrical Properties of CaMnO3 Prepared Via Sol-gel and Solid State ReactionTechniques abstract
Nano and micro sized of CaMnO3 powders are synthesized by sol-gel and solid state reaction procedures, respectively. Metal acetate precursors were used, as starting materials. Single phase perovskite structure of CaMnO3 was formed, calcinated at 800°C for two hours. The samples were characterized using XRD, TEM, SEM, FTIR and UV analysis. The electrical resistivity and energy band gap were also measured.
