Abstract:
This article is investigating why knowledge management and organizational learning as key processes in organizations, should be integrated. Knowledgemanagement and organizational learning in practice so long as the facts were almost considered separately, however, the elements certain characteristics in common theyare there. In addition, the evolution of both processes, important questions about whether the organization can rapidly change within the economy, society and theworkplace, survive, rises. However, the time has come to reflect and to have a closer look at knowledge management and organizational learning. Frequently mistaken assumption that technology can replace human knowledge or alternatively to make fixed.
