Environmental Security in the Persian Gulf Since 1980

This article attempts to critical analysis the environmental security issue in the Persian Gulf region since 1980 till now. The threat to the Persian Gulf environmental security dueto the development trends, climate change and armed conflicts has become an important regional problem. The result of this research can reduce concerns about attaining a security policy in the regional environment of the Persian Gulf and also recommending peaceful and cooperative activities among the countries of the region
