Experimental study on diethyl-(Z)-2-(5,7-diphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazepin-2-yl)-2-butenedioates abstract
Seven-membered heterocyclic compounds have biological activies in the wide range of molecules [1]. Several recent chemical review articles were devoted to the synthesis and transformation of seven membered rings compounds [2-6], containing the oxadiazepine structure, have attracted interest in the fields of bioorganic, natural products and medicinal chemistry. In this research work, diethyl-(Z)-2-(5,7-diphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazepin-2-yl)-2-butenedioates,7, synthesized and characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR, 13C NMR spectroscopy, elemental analyses and mass spectra. As part of our continuous program is to develop effective methods for preparation of diethyl-(Z)-2-(5,7-diphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazepin-2-yl)-2-butenedioates, 7, via a one-pot three-component reaction.
