Abstract:

Learning methods are growing fast as the technology growth in the world. New techniques are forthcoming within the higher education system to get better the student’s achievement. Technology has paved the way to new pedagogies in teaching-learning process. On the other side methods by focusing on students and the ways of learning in them can demonstrate logical ways ofimproving student achievement in Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Universityof Tehran.This paper is mainly focused on a study to determine the impact of Technology- Based Learning Environment on Students’ Achievement. The sample of study was 90 male students offirst half-year term in this college which was located in Tehran University. A pre test-post testequivalent group designed to compare the achievement of groups. Students were divided to 3 groups , Control based , computer based , method and Information technology based. Pretest andposttest contain 30items each from general textbook were developed and administrated , thenobtained data were analyzed. The results showed that there was an important difference .the 3rd group performance was better than other groups .On the basis of this result it was obviously counseled that both of teaching-learning capabilities with new equipments have special roles in students achievements.
