Studying factors affecting on satisfaction of electronic learning (case study: Iran university population) abstract

Information technology has been penetrated in all of aspects of life and nowadays, you can’t find a context in which information technology hasn’t been used. Higher education here is one of the contexts in which symbol of using information technology is to hold virtual courses, but a problem which has been proposed here is this conception that which factors are affecting on people’s satisfaction and loyalty and how we can encourage people to use virtual education system. Accordingly, in this dissertation, effect of 4 kinds of variables of information quality, system quality, service quality and demographic variables on satisfaction of the users of virtual education system in masters’ degree in Iran has been tested. Thus, 6 hypotheses are defined. Demographic variable is solely including 3 variables of age, gender and filed. Research mythology used in this paper is descriptive-survey type. Tool to collect data also is questionnaire. Based on the results obtained from this research, independent variables of service quality and age have the most effects on users’ satisfaction. Also, based on the results obtained from regression variance analysis of the second hypothesis, all of independent variables have the linear relation with dependent variable and have effect on users’ satisfaction.
