Amino-functionalized Fe3O4@SiO2 nanostructures catalyzed synthesis of spiro[indoline-3,4'- pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole] derivatives under ultrasound irradiation abstract

An efficient and environmentally friendly method for the one- pot synthesis of biologically activeheterocyclic compounds including spiro[indoline-3,4'-pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole] derivatives has been developed in thepresence of Fe3O4@SiO2-NH2 nanoparticles. The four-component reactions of phenylhydrazine, dialkylacetylenedicarboxylate, isatin and malononitrile were carried out under ultrasound irradiation to obtain somespiro[indoline-3,4'- pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole] derivatives.
