Optimized Ecological Models for Site Planning in Tran by Using GIS

Life is a succession of risks. Todey , enterprises operate under increasingly stringent conditions; strict regulatory standards are imposed upon then and society expects managent to meet the standards. Presenting proper ecological models applicable in GIS for urban develoment applications is a great importance for the country. If Geographoc Information Systems are not considered just as a tool for identification purposes and if we go further and beyond the borders of spatial information production, undoubtedly we will need such models in the phase of data analysis assessment for development planning with sustainable develoment approach. After Bam is earthquake (The historial city in Iran) and by considering the role of ecological capacity and on by using spatial information, the attentions of Iranan experts concentrated on the worthwhilc applications of such information in urban development approach which has a spatial concern on natural potentials of the region from ecological and environmental viewpoint ,proper models for urban development in Iran and applicable in GIS.
