This has made it quite imperative for contracting parties to analyse project delays for purposes of making right decisions on potential time and/or cost compensation claims. While there are many variations on the themes, all of the commonly applied forensic delay analysis techniques generally conform to one of the following primary categories: Impacted As-Planned, Collapsed As-Built, As-Planned versus As-Built, Time Impact Analysis.
