Given the need for an international answer to the risks generated by the biotechnology revolution and the biomedical evolution, international human rights law has been chosen to constitute the “mould” in which an which an international law of life sciences inspired by bioethics will be shaped. The declaration on university Normal on Bioethics constitutes the most ambitious step in the work undertaken by UNESCO . As a result of the interaction between ethical and legal aspects, we witness a departure from the traditional process, from , content and therefore implementation of international human right law.
