EXAMINING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STYLES OF LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE AND JOB SATISFACTION OF BUSHEHR CITY'S GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING'S STAFF abstract

The goal of the present research is to examine the relationship between leadership methods and organizational justice and job satisfaction of Bushehr city's general department of education and training's staff. The method of the present research is a descriptive research of correlation type. The statistical community of the present research consists of all the staff of Bushehr city's general department of education and training being 250 people. The sample volume of the research is equal to 152 people, which is obtained by simple accidental sampling using Morgan table. Standard questionnaires of leadership styles of Lottaz, Organizational justice of Niehoff and Moorman and job satisfaction of Karimi are the tools for collecting the data of this research. Findings showed that variables of duty-oriented and relation-oriented leadership styles and organizational justice as a whole have a meaningful effect on the job satisfaction of staff. Each of the variables of relation-oriented and duty-oriented leadership styles and organizational justice has a positive and meaningful effect at level with job satisfaction of staff. Duty-oriented and relation-oriented leadership styles and organizational justice is respectively accounted for as the best predictors of the dependent variable (criterion) that is job satisfaction of staff. There is a direct positive relation between duty-oriented and relation-oriented and job satisfaction of staff, and the more the degree of duty-oriented and relation-oriented leadership styles in an organization, the more the job satisfaction. There is a direct and positive relation between dimensions of organizational justice (procedural, distributed and link based) and job satisfaction, and the more the organizational justice (procedural, distributed and link based) in an organization, the more the job satisfaction. The most correlation is between procedural justice and job satisfaction of staff and the least correlation is between link based justice and job satisfaction of staff.
