Abstract:
Reduce energy consumption in cloud computing centers, one of the priorities of Technology IT is.Consume large amounts of electrical energy high cost of operations and increase greenhouse gases followed. In addition, modern cloud computing environment to provide a high quality of service (QOS) for their customers. This article Merger Meta-heuristic Colonial competition algorithm (ICA) Efficient resource management policies to solve the problem suggests. The goal is in the beginning virtual machine properly in Physical host be placed .The goal in beginning virtual machine to Properly in Physical host be placed And then used from proposed policies Which can migrate virtual machines to minimize And also hosts unemployed to minimize energy consumption off. In this paper we show the dynamic reallocation of virtual machines with the proposed method, Brings significant energy savings,resulting in a significant impact in reducing energy consumption and the amount of SLA violation is almost zero
