Abstract:
Development of a country needs a high attention to the organizations, especially human resources there. As they spent most of their daily lives at work and because of the competitive nature of the job atmosphere, they need more satisfaction and less stress to increase the level of job qualification. For example, people with a high percentage of job stress may not be satisfied with their job and it causes to being unhappy working in the organization. Therefore, job satisfaction is strongly associated with employee’s intention to leave an organization (MacIntosh & Doherty, 2010). In other words, more satisfied employees are less likely to seek a new job with a new employer.
