To achieve sustainable development in today’s systematic era, the educational system must adapt itself to the changing conditions of the today’s world. For this purpose, the Iranian education is forced to abandon the false methods of passive knowledge transfer and make appropriate changes in human’s Knowledge, attitudes, and behavior. The main focus of this change is teachers. They should be able to train creative people who have productivity inknowledge. However, the main question is: Whether today’s teachers have been trained for this role? If not, what should be done? This paper aimed to investigate and develop methods to reform teacher training programs.
