Investigation of alpha amylase activity of Bacillus cereus group abstract

This study aimed to investigation α-amylase producing bacillus in present of different pH and several carbon source. investigation of α-amylase activity in strain B.cereus strain MR-R, B.thuringiensis strain MR-R1 and B.mycoide strain MR-R4 in peresnt of several carbon sources include starch, glucose and fructose was shown the enzyme activity significantly increased in present of glucose and starch and drastically decresed in present of fructose also investigation of α-amylase activity in present of different pH that was shown B. thringiesis have maximum enzyme activity in alkaline pH and others show maximum enzyme activity in acidic pH.
