Characterization and optimization of the synthesized biodegradable polymeric nanocapsules from interfacial deposition method

This research presents optimized method for the synthesis of nanocapsules using biodegradable polymers (polyester) and the drug is insoluble in water that nanocapsules acted as a targeted drug delivery system and consequently, in response to a particular molecular biology, release their content in a position and convenient location, If it is possible the toxicity and biological effects will be examined [1-2]. The importance of corticosteroids in the treatment of many diseases of excessive immune activity is concerned and in the regarding to the side effects it is better to be used to create the least wastes [1-2]. Therefore, formulation of drug in this project must be examined in terms of optimization of the construction conditions and evaluation of toxicity and its biological activity. Also, our aim in this work is decrease side effects and toxicity of corticosteroides and increase their effectiveness [2-3].
