Hierarchical Fuzzy System for Selection of Web Service Adaptation Strategy Depending on Cross-layers Quality Factors

The violation in the SLA (Service Level Agreement) of Web service or SBA (Service Based Application), and a highly volatile environment where they run, also the new requirements, makes a big challenge to provide high quality web service.
