Temperature monitoring of multi-zone crystal growth furnaces by modbus communication protocols based on Labview programming abstract

In this paper, temperature controller and transducer are applied to a system monitor the temperature in various zones of a multi-zone crystal growth furnaces, as well as to archive automation and store sampling values on the file based on LabVIEW software.using the Rs485 communication, temperature of zones are monitored and temperature curve are plotted in real time on a graph. Some combined units were used to reduce the system response time. Combining LabVIEW software with the serial communication technique, the automation level of multi-zone crystal growth furnaces and the sensitivity of data acquisition and monitoring is greatly improved.
