Abstract:
Doogh is one of these diaries which is consumed in the regions Iran, Asia and Eastern Europe, but it may also contain certain microbial factors, such as E.coli, coagulase-positive staphylococci, molds and yeasts, so we may avoid complications such as Gastrointestinal and urinary tract diseases, so referring to such cases is crucial and they can be even more important to check the prevalence of these microorganisms
