Abstract:
In the biological sciences, many applications for metal nanoparticles are being explored, including biosensors, labels for cells and biomolecules, and cancer therapeutics. Silver nano particles (AgNPs) are very well known for their anti-microbial properties which make them imperative in medical and surgical fields. Milk contains various proteins that can bind and interact with a variety of biopolymers, molecules and ions to varying extent and ramifications. Among them there is β-lactoglobulin (BLG) a major constituent of whey. Among the many lipid constituents of mammalian cell membranes, cholesterol (CHO) is special in.
