Abstract:
The female hormones oestrogen and progesterone effect on breast cancer. CYP1B1 has an important role in the activation of several environmental carcinogens and oestrogen in producing active metabolites capable of causing DNA damage. In this study, the relationship between important polymorphism Leu 432 Val of CYP1B1 and Grade of disease were evaluated.
