Analysis of the Conceptual Context of China’s Economic Rise

The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the conceptual context of China’s economic rise. Coincided with seizing power by Chinese reformist political elites with leadership of DengXiaoping (1978), economic development was defined as the main priority of country. Regarding this aim, all governmental procedures focused on improving economic indexes. This approach has caused China’s gradual economic growth up to now. At the current situation, China is the second largest economy behind the US in the world. Undoubtedly, economic development cannot be achievable without providing its conceptual context. Hence, the main question of this research is what are the main conceptual parameters of China’s economic rise? In response, thisstudy is based on the argument that China by resorting to economic pragmatism strategy, has defined specific procedures and views in its economic equations which pave the way to meet the economic goals of country.
