The role of management information system at organization’s utilization

Determining consequences of utilization of management information systems is very difficult. Measurement and reducing primary costs of management information system is the application ofinformation technology. Any organization that can control its process or use analytic reports for makingdecision needs for management information system. Tendency to having and apply the latest technologies may lead to this improper speculation that information technology always mean acquiring utilization butthe effect of such investment on organization’s utilization is not distinct completely, improvement ofutilization is one goal of applying management information system but introducing expressions entitled as conflict of utilization denotes that information technology doesn’t necessarily lead to increasing utilization. In this paper management information system, concept of utilization in an organization has been considered and besides considering utilization, general approach toward utilization of management information system has been considered
