Abstract:
In this research, we plan to consider the relationship between the work commitment (work ethic) and theemployee’s productivity. This is a correlational research from the field branch to the survey research and is applied in structure. The statistical population is 64 staff employees from the head office of the Ministry ofCooperatives Labours and Social Welfare in Chahar-Mahal & Bakhtiari. Since we didn’t have access to thepopulation variance and didn’t know whether the variances would bring us positive outcome or not, we utilizedthe Morgan Table equating 70 people. The method of sampling was random and the intended data was collectedthrough the questionnaires and the rate of delivery was 60%. The data was analyzed by the software SPSS. Weutilized the correlational test in the referential analysis of data. The results indicated that there is a significantrelationship between the work commitment and the employee’s productivity.
