Abstract:
It is important to determine the relationship between product market competition and profit management. There are corporate governance leads to creation of information transparent environment, So that , those who make decisions in the economic area, can make more informed decisions. This study examined the impact of corporate governance property on the relationship between product market competition and profit management in Accepted companies in Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2009 to 2013.This study is the type of library research and is based on analysis of panel data. Eviews 7 software is used to analyze the results. The findings show that the impact of corporate governance property on the relationship between product market competition the and profit management.
