Abstract:
Reflective teaching is a paradigm that gives teachers the ability to teach universally in a professional way by developing their teaching progress in order to improve their efficiency. To do so, a variety of methods have been introduced and used for many years, especially during the recent decades among which we can introduce Teachers’ Diary and Peer Observation as two main tools used for this purpose. These two are strongly recommended by a lot of professional (Rose, 2007; Murphy, 2001; Tice, 2002). In this article, we are broadening our investigation and reviewing previously recommended tools in order to evaluate which tools can have more efficiency in this method of teaching. Further investigations and studies can help professionals of this method to make a great improvement in the world of education.
