Abstract:

Organization or revitalizing mature organizations enterepreneurship is the practice of starting new generally in response to identified opportunities. Enterepreneurship is often a business particularly new difficult undertaking, as a vast majority of new businesses fail. Entrepreneurial activities are sub estantially different depending on the type of organization thet is being started. Enterepreneurship ranges in scale from solo projects (even invilving the entrepreneur only part- time) to major undertaking creating many job opportunities. this study examined the relationship between Corporate Enterepreneurship. market Orientation, Organizational Flexibility and Job satosfaction. the outcimes of the influence of CE, Organizational Flexibility and market orientation on Job satosfaction were also assessed. In this study we use an empirical evidence regarding the existence of organizational factors of corporate entrepreneurship, Flexibility and market orientation believed to enhance or diminish job satisfaction in South Afrcan organizations.
