Ultraviolet UV photodetectors pds have been attracted extensive attention thanks to their industrial, environmental and even biological applocation. Int this study, flower- lide ZnO NANORODS AND ZnO microrods were grown on glass substrate using zinc nitrate and hexamethyleneterramine HMTA aqueous solution by the seedless hydrothermal method at 100 C for 2 hours in oven. metal -semiconductor - metal MSM UV PD configuration based on ZoO semiconductor material with a top electrode of aluminum Ai were also fabicated. under UV light, this PD showd a high sensitivity.
