THE RECENT ADVANCES IN PLGA -PEG BLOCK COPLYMER NANOPARTICLES abstract
Due to their small particle size and larger and changeable surface, nanoparticles have sole advantages compared with other drug carriers. As a research center of attention in recent years, polyethylene glycol-poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PEG-PLGA) block coplymer and its end group lacking in originality nanoparticles and its end group lacking in originality nanpparticles can improve the drue loding of hydrophoic edrugs , redruce the exlolde effect , increase the moveent time of drugs in blood shun being engulfed by phagoctes , and improve bioavailabiltiy in additon, due to their smaller particle size and modified surace, these nanopartiles can sccumulate in swelling or target locations to improve drug efficeincy and reduce toxicity.
