Abstract:
This study aims to explore the relationship between high performancehuman resource practices and corporate entrepreneurship inmanufacturing companies of Guilan. Statistical population in thisresearch is all of the manufacturing companies located in Guilanprovince. Sample size determined by using the convenience samplingmethod and limited sample size. The samples were obtained 100companies. It is argued here that previous studies have emphasized thepositive impact of human resource management practices. In contrast toprior research, this paper shows that high performance human resourcespractices are positively related to corporate entrepreneurship, i.e. thisstudy shows there is a relationship among high performance humanresources practices and corporate entrepreneurship in productivecompanies of Guilan province and due to positive correlationcoefficients it is the direct relationship.
