The Survey relationship between knowledge management and staffs' empowerment (Case study : Arman sabalan niroo company)

The main purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and staffs' empowerment in Arman sabalan niroo company. In this study, by the use of Hematti Knowledge management Model and Mishra Staff Ability-making Model, the research variables dimensions were specified due to the questionnaire dimensions led by the researcher and this had been given to the whole respondents. This study was a correlation-based study and it was also an analytical-descriptive type of study. The statistical population of this study included the whole managers and staffs of Arman sabalan niroo company about 125 people. According to Cochran formula, the sample volume of the study was estimated about 94 people. obtained results of the present study showed that there was a positive relationship between knowledge management and and staffs' empowerment in Arman sabalan niroo company. Hence, the whole hypotheses of the study were accepted in this regard
