REVIEWING THE RELATION BETWEEN LIFE QUALITY AND HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER’S OCCUPATIONAL CONSENT IN LORESTAN NOORABAD COUNTY abstract

Occupational consent has positive impact on different aspects such as increase in productivity, commitment to the organization, maintaining the person’s mental and physical health, improvement of moral, contentedness of life, acquisition of new occupational skills. The Assessment shows positive connection between the occupational consent of employees and organizational efficiency. Besides the above mentioned points, consent has other results such as employees’ satisfaction, receiving fewer complaints, having well physical and mental condition, longevity of life, quick learning of new skill relevant to their task, and facing with less occupational troubles. Therefore, we aim to study the relation of life quality toward the high school teacher’s occupational consent. The study is descriptive-correlational in which describe the current situation of the issue. Data analysis carried through the SPSS software. According to the findings, the quality of life offer a system in which the organization’s employees and members has integration in decisions related to task creation.
