Most people would agree that the main aim of education is to train young people to be dynamic and productive adults of future. Nevertheless, few people agree on the approach which let them be able to achieve this aim. Aside from this disagreement, all people in all decades agree that need of educational change is deniable. In fact, technology captured our lives and computer is a right construct. This study focuses on the effect of the approach used in the multilingual classroom. Thus, attention is paid to effect of CALL on concept learning attained through two different approaches: with computer usage or without, among 264 elementary schoolers. The research had two classes of the same grade: control group and experimental group. It performed instruction in one class and did not do the approach in its counterpart. Each class had 22 learners. This study was built on the employment of CALT for concept promotion of young-beginner learners. The aforementioned matters caused concepts to be easier to explain to a child. There are many studies on CALL but, very few studies have focused on computer assisted concept teaching such as this accessible one. A sample of 264, Elementary Schoolers passed the Solution English Test (SET) which was used to homogenize the participants in terms of English language proficiency and 40 of students were underwent a program of CALL instruction lasting 5 months who entered two separated classes of control and experimental groups. The research used pre-test and post-test to have significant measure of success. Measures were taken of CALL in the first group and findings compared with the second group of students receiving no computer help. Achievement proved that CALL use, left evidence of success at our hands. The research offered interview to catch teachers and learners' attitude and idea.
