The Relationship Between Book Value of Equity, Net Income and Corporate Governance Rating on share price in Firms Listed in Tehran Stock Exchange

Maximize shareholder wealth, moral and social responsibilities tasks can be considered important targets. One of the many factors that impact the realization of the objectives that implementation of good governance principles in the company. The aim of this study examines the relationship between corporate governance rate, net income, equity book value and stock prices of listed companies in Tehran stock exchange is the value of the company. This was observed during the period 2009 to 2014 and was using multivariate regression. The results of this analysis showed no relationship between the ranking corporate governance and stock price is. Also, the net profit and stock price, but also there is no significant relationship between the results obtained under the equity book value and stock prices there is a positive and significant relationship
