Abstract:

This paper describes the Simulation of high gain ,speed, and low power fully differential folded cascode operational transconductance amplifier (OTA).The offered OTA was implemented in standard 180nm CMOS process.The ongoing work in the field of low power and low voltage op amps is very important to continue with the developments in analog circuit design. Simulated results using Hspice, show that the proposed OTA achieves almost a voltage gain of 71.49 dB and phase margin Of 79.22 degree (were achived with 1pf load capacitance) and 3.3V supply voltage and a power consumption of only 0.32mW.
