Abstract:

The nano structures of ZnO have several advantages which allow it to be used in enzymatic biosensors as follows: good biocompatibility, highisoelectric point, which make it more suitable for absorption of enzymes; also the good electron transmission characteristics which provides efficient electron transfer channels without intermediary.Thus, there are nano based biological sensors forZnO structures that are used to determine the glucose, uric acid, lactic acid, etc [1،2]. In thisstep we have evaluated a study on the formation and morphology of ZnO nanofilm in an electrochemical form on a coated glass screen withTin oxide of indiom ITO and the electrochemical response of Bioelectrode chemical ,Urea (Urs) and Glutamata dehydrogenase on thisglass screen as a function of measured urea concentration and the bigness of the response to the increasing concentration had beeninvestigated. By using X-ray diffraction (XRD) the Visible Optical Spectroscopy - Ultraviolet and Sweeping Electronic Microscope (SEM) have been studied.
