Abstract:

تئوری محدودیت ها یک فرضیه مدیریتی در مورد بهبود یا ارتقا عملکرد سیستم ها در ضعیف ترین بخشهای آن است. شرکتهایی که تولیدی یا خدماتی هستند باید بیشتر بر شناخت ساختارشان بر حسب فرآیندهای اجرائیشان تمرکز کنند تا بتوانند در رقابت های جهانی باقی بمانند. در چنین وضعیتی، تئوری محدودیت ها مهمترین مسئله ساختاری و راه حل روشن علمی برای تغییر روش تفکر مدیران است. تئوری محدودیت ها اولین بار توسط گلدرت در مقاله ای با نام هدف در سال 1984ارائه شد و از آن زمان تاکنون بسیار مورد توجه محققان و پژوهشگران قرار گرفت. این پژوهش شامل مرور 5دوره تکامل تئوری محدودیت می باشد که عبارتنداز: دوره فناوری تولید بهینه، دوره هدف، دوره علائم فاحش، دوره بدشانسی در تولید و دوره بحران های پیوسته. تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از پیشینه تاریخی و مفاهیم بنیادی تئوری محدودیتها، چگونگی تکامل و تغییر این نظریه را طی زمان مورد بررسی قرار داده است.
